Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Design Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting for niche design roles and contribute to geo strategy, ensuring a best in class candidate experience across global design teams.

You will partner with senior design leaders to understand hiring objectives, identify top talent across product design, brand design, content design, design engineering, and UX research, and continuously improve recruiting processes with data.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with 4+ years in design recruiting.
• Experience building high‑performing design teams and delivering strong candidate experience.
• Growth mindset and ability to adapt tasks in a fast-growing environment.
• Data-driven problem solving with insights to improve processes.
• Strong ability to attract passive senior candidates and create diverse pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
