Stripe is seeking a driven Design Recruiter to grow our global design organization. You will own full-cycle recruiting on niche design searches and partner with design leaders to hire top talent.

You’ll contribute to our geo strategy with talent market insights, ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, and iterate on recruiting processes in a fast-paced, learning-heavy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders across the design organization to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to identify top talent across various skillsets including product design, brand design, content design, design engineering, web presence design, UX research, and more.
• Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting processes.
• Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to design leadership on a regular cadence.
