Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Project Manager for the Recruiting Strategy & Enablement team to own strategic programs end-to-end—from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution, enablement, and measurement. You'll partner with Global Recruiting Leads, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams to ship initiatives that improve recruiting quality, efficiency, and compliance at a global scale.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in program, change, and project management within a dynamic, global environment.
• Experience launching strategic programs that drive measurable quality and efficiency in recruiting.
• Experience building or managing AI-powered programs and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and steer strategic programs from scope to outcomes.
• Lead change management within recruiting teams and partner with stakeholders.
• Drive enablement strategies, including comms, FAQs, and stakeholder resources.
• Identify and implement operational improvements across recruiting programs.
• Design training guides to upskill recruiters.
• Collaborate with Global Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers to execute priorities.
• Manage portfolio governance and report program health to leadership.
