Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Project Manager for Recruiting Strategy & Enablement to own strategic programs from scoping to measurement, partnering with Global Recruiting Leads, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance at a global scale.

You will balance long-running portfolio work with fast-moving priorities, drive change management, and develop enablement resources while navigating regulatory requirements with legal and People partners.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in program, change, and project management within a dynamic, global, high-growth environment.
• Experience owning and launching strategic programs that drive measurable quality and efficiency in a People or HR function.
• Experience building, launching, or managing AI-powered programs or assessments and driving rollout.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Autonomy, initiative, and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and steer strategic programs end-to-end, including scoping, alignment, execution, enablement, and measurement.
• Collaborate with Global Recruiting Leads, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams to ship initiatives.
• Lead change management, develop comms plans, and stakeholder-facing resources.
• Identify operational improvements across recruiting programs for efficiency and impact.
• Design training guides and educational materials for recruiters.
• Manage portfolio governance: SteerCos, DRIs, progress synthesis, leadership reporting.
• Navigate regulatory requirements across recruiting processes with legal and HR partners.
• Absorb shifting priorities, including hiring sprints and rapid-turnaround projects.
