Job summary

Stripe is seeking consultative and creative recruiters to grow and scale our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. You will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver best-in-class candidate experience across Sales, Marketing, and Sales Development.

This is a builder role that embraces learning, new ideas, and process iteration. You will partner with senior leaders, analyze recruiting metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth in the US, LatAm, and Canada.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment including in house experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and effectively influence decision-making processes.
• Strong drive to identify and engage top talent, fostering relationships with candidates.
• Proven ability to utilize data insights to identify trends and refine recruiting processes, enhancing efficiency and outcomes.
• Flexibility, adept at shifting tasks and priorities in response to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify top talent and ensure an inclusive candidate pool.
• Conduct market research on talent trends to inform recruiting strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders to align hiring objectives and expand GTM teams across the US, LatAm and Canada.
• Track recruiting metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Propose scalable changes to recruiting strategy to improve efficacy.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
