You will influence geo strategy, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and iterate recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment.

You should have 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting with 2+ years in design recruiting, a growth mindset, and strong communication to attract top passive candidates across multiple geos.

• Experience building high-performing design teams and delivering top candidate experience.
• Strong data-driven approach and ability to analyze hiring metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior design leaders to define hiring objectives and strategy.
• Develop scalable recruiting processes and improve candidate experience.
• Track and report hiring metrics to leadership on a regular cadence.
• Create strategic plans to attract specialized design talent across geos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, Legal).
