Job summary

Amazon Prime Video is seeking a Senior Design Operations partner to scale UX design and research delivery. You will drive planning, prioritization, capacity planning, and risk mitigation across multidisciplinary teams, partnering with UX leadership to shape roadmaps and standards.

You will define and govern AI-enabled workflows, build scalable processes, and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. Join us to influence the future of entertainment UX globally.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design program management experience.
• Experience translating business and customer needs into solutions.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and delivering continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational strategy for complex design programs end to end.
• Partner with UX leadership on decisions and own the design roadmap.
• Define the operational tool and AI strategy for the org and govern adoption.
• Build automated workflows that scale design and research operations.
• Lead design delivery by managing backlogs and coordinating reviews.
