Amazon's Prime Video is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design for a portfolio of AI‑driven marketing planning and optimization tools. You will shape interaction, visual standards, and AI‑assisted workflows across teams, ensuring trust, provenance, and scalable design systems.

You’ll work with PM, engineering, UX research, and marketing to deliver end‑to‑end experiences. You’ll co‑own the behavior of the AI, mentor designers, and help define how automation and human oversight balance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across a suite of AI-driven marketing planning, management, and optimization products, from problem framing through handoff, launch, and iteration
• Design toward a progressively hands‑off‑the‑wheel experience: define automation levels and boundary with trust
• Co‑own the AI behavior with engineering: how people trust recommendations, see reasoning and provenance, review at volume, correct rather than reject, recover when wrong
• Design the intelligence layer that connects strategy, goals, spend, and outcomes so the system learns from every campaign
• Design AI‑assisted and increasingly automated planning across the campaign lifecycle: categorization and tiering, budget and channel allocation, scheduling, team assignment, and briefs
• Design the AI creative capabilities within the suite: generating marketing assets at scale, and the review, correction, and quality bar
• Define where system output is good enough to ship and where human input is still required
• Map the marketing lifecycle across formats, languages, and territories with constraints like scale and multi‑team processes
• Set interaction and visual standards to unify the portfolio and feed them into the design system
• Lead workstreams with other designers and build patterns and tooling for speed
• Tie design decisions to measurable outcomes and prioritize ruthlessly
• Present and defend recommendations to senior leadership and write the narratives
• Partner across product, engineering, research, design technology, marketing, brand, sports, portfolio, legal, and data science
• Run discovery with marketers and operators
• Mentor designers and raise the team's practice
