Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager for our Innovative Pursuits Team in Seattle, WA. You will lead roadway discipline engineering teams on DB/PDB pursuits and projects, coordinating with other discipline leads to deliver value-added designs.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, 10+ years in transportation infrastructure and 5+ years leading roadway design, plus 3+ years of DOT DB/PDB experience.

Qualifications

• PE license with current status.
• 10+ years transportation infrastructure design experience.
• 5+ years leading roadway design on infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years DOT DB or PDB experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for Transportation DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Integral member of the project management and delivery team.
• Lead roadway design, analyses, studies, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks.
• Demonstrate strong client and team communication and ability to meet deadlines.
