You will mentor engineers and PMs, oversee budgets, schedules, and quality assurance while driving business development and contract negotiations to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Professional registration in field(s) of practice required, if available.
• PMP or CCM certification required within one year of assuming position.
• 12+ years of experience with at least 10 years in design-build management.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional project management leadership for major design-build projects.
• Mentor technical professionals and guide training for team development.
• Lead contract negotiations and review complex professional service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and manage subcontractors and invoices.
• Oversee project quality assurance, schedules, and billing processes.
• Identify new business opportunities and participate in client presentations.
