S&B USA Construction seeks a seasoned Project Director - Design-Build Construction Manager to lead the delivery of major transportation and infrastructure programs ranging from $500M to $2B+. The role oversees progressive design-build and alternative delivery methods, ensuring budget, schedule, safety, and quality targets are met in collaboration with owners and partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil/transportation construction.
• At least 10 years in senior leadership roles (Project Director, COO, VP).
• Proven track record delivering major infrastructure projects under alternative delivery and P3 models.
• Strong knowledge of DOT standards (TDOT, GDOT, VDOT).
• Experience with project controls, Primavera P6 and digital construction tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects ($500M–$2B+).
• Oversee all phases of progressive design-build/alternative delivery models (P3, DB, DBF, DBFOM).
• Serve as primary field accountability, managing construction from pre-construction through final acceptance.
• Coordinate with owners, partners and internal teams to meet budget, schedule, safety and quality goals.
