Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• PE required in Colorado or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project financial management and team management skills.
• CDOT and local road experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution and manage roadway design teams.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings with stakeholders.
• Oversee project production and communicate progress to management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Participate in project negotiation and contractual compliance.
• Prepare project work plan, scope, schedule, and budget.
