AtkinsRéalis USA Inc. is seeking a Senior BIM Manager- Highways to lead BIM across highway projects in the US, including Orlando, FL, and nationwide.
The role focuses on implementing design transformation, developing BIM execution plans, and mentoring teams to enhance delivery and quality. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in highway design, strong Bentley tool expertise, and a passion for information management excellence within highway disciplines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture plus 10 years, or high school plus 15 years of experience in engineering or architecture related fields.
- 10+ years of design experience on highways and/or engineering technology.
- Experience with Bentley OpenRoads/OpenRoads Designer and OpenBridge Modeler.
Responsibilities
- Develop BIM Execution Plans and support BIM activities across highway projects.
- Provide design transformation support and digital strategy input for projects.
- Lead and coach teams to build high-performing BIM capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to BIM requirements and BEP across lifecycles.
- Collaborate with Discipline leads and BIM managers to integrate BIM throughout projects.
