Tapestry, Inc. (Coach and Kate Spade New York) seeks a Vice President, Deputy General Counsel to join the Office of the Legal Department. This senior role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across North America in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will oversee NA litigation, employment law, investigations, and compliance, leading a team of attorneys and legal professionals, and partnering with the CLO to drive proactive legal strategy and culture.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to NY State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 15 years of legal experience in litigation, investigations, and compliance.
• Senior in-house leadership experience.
• Strong drafting, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NA litigation and disputes management, including strategy and risk assessment.
• Coordinate cross-border investigations and regulatory inquiries.
• Develop and manage enterprise ethics and compliance program.
• Partner with CLO and executives to mitigate risk and drive practical legal guidance.
