You will work closely with outside counsel to safeguard the company’s legal interests and maintain a compliant workplace culture. The ideal candidate has a robust litigation background, NY Bar admission, and a track record of advising business units on risk and strategy in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in litigation, with in-house, law firm, or government background.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and NY Bar admission.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts for business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with outside counsel on litigation matters aligned with company objectives.
• Manage litigation across regulatory, employment, IP, privacy, and personal injury areas.
• Advise business units on litigation exposure and strategy.
• Represent company in admin, court, arbitration and mediation proceedings.
• Oversee preservation, eDiscovery, and litigation collection and review.
• Manage litigation budgets and risk mitigation.
• Monitor legal trends affecting the business.
• Partner with Legal leadership on policies and cross-functional projects.
