Qualifications

• More than 10 years of prior business development and/or relationship management experience for a Retail/Commercial Bank.
• Advanced knowledge of business development, prospecting, and product set including credit & treasury services.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to acquire fiduciary and non-consumer deposits.
• Target and engage Public, Corporate, Commercial, and CRE clients with consultative solutions.
• Grow a portfolio of fiduciary deposit relationships and deepen existing client partnerships.
• Drive profit growth through deposit expansion and cross-sell of bank products.
• Prospect industry events and conferences to source new prospects and build networks.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure full relationship development and client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products, competitors, and market promotions.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and internal policies.
