Qualifications

• More than 10 years of business development and/or relationship management experience in a Retail/Commercial Bank.
• Advanced knowledge of prospecting, cross-selling, and broad product sets including treasury and institutional services.
• Strong negotiating and closing skills with ability to create client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to acquire fiduciary and non-consumer deposits.
• Prospect and manage relationships with Public, Corporate, Commercial and CRE clients.
• Drive deposit growth, share of wallet, and cross-sell across product lines.
• Attend industry conferences and events to source prospects and build COI networks.
• Coordinate with partners to optimize client experience and pricing strategies.
