Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Commercial Deposits Business Development Manager to drive new deposit acquisition and expand fiduciary and non-consumer deposit relationships for commercial clients in Riverside, CA.

The role targets $20M+ annual deposits and requires strong relationship management with a focus on long sales cycles and profitable client partnerships. Hybrid work, $145k–$170k salary, DOE.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years in commercial banking and business development; 10+ years preferred.
• Proven track record of generating $20M+ in annual commercial deposits.
• Strong ability to manage large, complex deposit relationships.
• Experience prospecting and closing high-value banking relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire fiduciary, commercial, corporate, and non-consumer deposit relationships.
• Identify and secure high-value deposit opportunities with law firms, fiduciaries, CRE clients, PE firms, and other commercial entities.
• Generate around $25M in new annual deposits while growing balances and profitability in an existing portfolio.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers through consultative outreach and tailored banking solutions.
• Manage complex deposit relationships including fiduciary trust accounts and operating accounts.
• Identify treasury management, commercial card, merchant services, and lending opportunities with internal partners.
• Develop referral networks and attend industry events to expand market presence.
• Evaluate client needs and propose competitive deposit solutions with appropriate pricing.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM pipeline and client interactions for ongoing opportunities.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and operations to maximize relationship value.
