• Strong technical acumen for workflows, APIs, and system behavior.
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive point of contact for customer deployments.
• Lead customer discovery to understand workflows.
• Translate complex business processes into AI workflows.
• Manage deployment plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Travel for key customer milestones.

Skills

Customer-facing roles (Product, Engagement, Consulting, Founder)

Technical acumen

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Managing multiple concurrent projects

Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, JSON

SaaS experience

Basic SQL literacy

Strong Excel / PPT skills

Education
