HP is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to oversee deployment supply chain management and complex product development programs. You will lead multiple managers and contributors, drive readiness across SKU/BOM, and coordinate with Markets, Category teams, and executives.

The role emphasizes regulatory readiness, risk management, and continuous improvement to optimize costs and timelines. Strong program management and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or MBA in CS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering development and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment supply chain managers and individual contributors to drive product development and launches.
• Develop deployment plans, schedules, and ensure SKU/BOM readiness for launches.
• Manage regulatory readiness by region and transition planning.
• Interface with Markets and Category teams on platform readiness and transitions.
• Establish and manage complex programs with clear goals, charters, and roadmaps.
• Coach and guide cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and executives.
• Allocate resources, track budgets, timelines, and deliverables for multiple projects.
• Communicate program status and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
