Job summary

Cyngn in Mountain View, CA seeks a Senior Program Manager to own deployment operations for autonomous vehicle deployments at scale. You will build systems, workflows, and cross-functional coordination across sales, customer success, support, and engineering to ensure a consistent deployment experience as the fleet grows.

You will maintain a feedback loop with Product, shaping features from field observations and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with ownership of scaling complex programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience automating workflows across sales, customer success, or support.
• Strong analytical skills to identify systemic issues in operations.
• Experience with customer-facing teams in technical product deployments.
• Familiarity with CRM and support platforms and project tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent communication across sales, engineering, product, and executives.
• Autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial automation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment operations program from contract to live autonomous operation.
• Identify bottlenecks and build automated replacements across sales, CS, and support.
• Partner with sales and CS to translate commitments into executable deployment plans.
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks, tooling, and workflows for deployments.
• Establish SLA frameworks and escalation paths for growing deployment volume.
• Create feedback channels between customer-facing teams and Product for feature input.
• Define and track deployment KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering/product to ensure tooling meets deployment needs.
