Job summary

Atolio is a fully remote startup delivering enterprise search powered by AI. We are seeking a Senior Deployment Engineer to own the complete deployment lifecycle across diverse environments, ensuring secure and efficient rollouts.

You will work with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and integration with enterprise systems to drive client adoption and satisfaction. You will collaborate with engineering and client success teams, design scalable deployment processes, and develop automation to reduce

Qualifications

5+ years in a deployment, DevOps, site reliability, or infrastructure engineering role.
Deep experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong background in containerization, especially with Kubernetes.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Helm.

Responsibilities

Lead client deployments and onboarding in cloud-native or hybrid environments.
Design deployment processes focused on scalability, security, and reliability.
Integrate Atolio with enterprise systems (e.g., document repositories, ticketing systems, code repositories).
Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and system performance.
Build automation scripts and tooling to streamline operations and minimize manual tasks.
Troubleshoot deployment issues with clients' internal engineering teams.
Maintain deployment documentation and promote best practices.
