Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across a Florida sales territory in the Kerr segment. You will build relationships with dental clinicians, practice leaders, and distributors to expand existing accounts and win new business.

You will partner with dealer representatives, leverage product knowledge, and manage opportunities through a structured CRM process, while handling territory planning and expense management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth plan to achieve revenue and sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental clinicians, practice leaders, and decision-makers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding share within existing accounts.
• Partner with authorized dealer representatives to drive customer acquisition and product adoption.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Kerr products, technologies, and competitive offerings.
• Communicate technical, clinical, and product information clearly to customers.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage relationships, maintain a sales pipeline, and track opportunities.
• Manage territory activities and expenses within budgets and guidelines.
• Participate in customer events and local trade shows to increase market visibility.
• Pursue ongoing professional selling training and field-based learning.
