Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ownership of a complex value chain coordinating multiple departments.
• Ability to read technical docs and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM like Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Onsite relocation to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Coordinate with Business Development to align forecasts with actual demand.
• Report on supply and material health to inform key decisions.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives for demand shaping and inventory optimization.
