Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods. You will forecast demand, signal purchasing, and partner with Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing to keep on-time deliveries and quality.

The role requires a technical or business degree, 6+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ERP/Salesforce experience, and willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business field.
• 6+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ownership of a complex value chain, coordinating multiple internal stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Experience reading technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead S&OP discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and associated master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives towards best practices, including demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.
