Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a skilled Demand & Supply Planner to own end-to-end demand signaling and inventory for multiple product lines. You will collaborate across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Sales to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, ERP/CRM experience, and willingness to relocate onsite.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field is required.
3+ years of experience in supply chain or production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ownership of a complex value chain with cross-functional coordination.
Technical reading of documents and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
Align forecasts with actual demand plans with Business Development and Growth teams.
Report on supply and material health to inform decisions across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
Develop and maintain MRP processes and master data.
Drive initiatives like demand shaping, modeling, and inventory optimization.
