Anduril Industries is seeking a world-class Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods and to signal and forecast demand with ERP-based controls.

The role requires ownership across the value chain, collaboration with multiple teams, and a drive to meet stringent quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Onsite relocation to Costa Mesa, CA will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ownership of a complex value chain coordinating between many departments to ensure on-time deliveries and quality.
• Ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead S&OP discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions across departments.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives toward best practices in demand shaping and inventory optimization.
