Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods and to signal and plan purchases or builds. You will forecast demand, plan inventory, and ensure hardware requirements are met through ERP tools, while collaborating across Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.

The role requires ownership of complex value chains, comfort in a fast-paced setting, and the ability to travel up to 10% and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Complete ownership of a complex value chain with cross-functional coordination.
• Technical ability to read documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP such as Oracle, NetSuite, and CRM like Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand plans with Business Development.
• Report on supply and material health to inform decisions for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
• Develop and maintain processes in MRP systems and master data.
• Drive initiatives like demand shaping and inventory optimization.
