Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods. You will forecast demand, signal when to buy or build, and partner with Purchasing and Manufacturing to meet quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in fast-paced manufacturing supply chains, ERP experience (Oracle, NetSuite) and strong data analysis skills. This role requires onsite work with occasional travel and a TS clearance may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 6+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role in manufacturing.
• Experience owning a complex value chain and coordinating across teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Collaborate with Business Development to align forecasts with demand plans.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform decisions.
• Develop and maintain ERP master data and processes.
• Drive initiatives in demand shaping, modeling, and inventory optimization.
