Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner who owns material flow from raw materials to finished goods and signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing what to buy or build. This role forecasts demand to drive inventory levels and ERP planning.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing, lead S&OP for designated lines, and push best practices in demand shaping and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• 6+ years in a supply chain or production role in manufacturing.
• Ownership of a complex value chain with on-time deliveries.
• Experience reading technical docs and hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Ability to relocate to onsite Costa Mesa, CA and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for Supply Planning on designated lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand with Business Development.
• Report on supply and material health to inform key decisions.
• Develop and maintain MRP master data and processes.
• Drive initiatives in demand shaping, modeling, and inventory optimization.
