Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods. You will forecast demand, signal purchasing and manufacturing, and lead S&OP discussions to align plans with business goals.

The role requires 6+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, strong analytics, and ERP experience (Oracle, Netsuite). Travel up to 10% and onsite relocation to Costa Mesa are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 6+ years in a supply chain or production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and Netsuite and CRM like Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and relocate to onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand plans with Business Development.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform decisions.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives for demand shaping and inventory optimization.
