Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods. You will manage demand signaling, inventory, and collaborate across Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing to ensure on-time shipments.

The role requires ERP experience, S&OP leadership, and strong analytics. Travel up to 10% and onsite relocation to Costa Mesa are expected. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or related discipline.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role in fast-paced manufacturing with complex assemblies.
• Experience owning a complex value chain and coordinating multiple internal/external parties.
• Technical ability to read documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/Netsuite) and CRM like Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA.
• U.S. TS security clearance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for multiple product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Coordinate with Business Development to align forecasts with demand plans.
• Report on supply and material health to inform decisions across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives for demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.
