Cloudflare is seeking a Demand & Field Marketing Leader for US Major Accounts to design and execute multi-channel programs that generate pipeline and bookings.

You will own ABM and VIP field events, coordinate with sales and partner marketing, oversee digital campaigns across enterprise accounts, drive data-driven strategy, and contribute to equity and benefits. This senior, global role requires collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in enterprise B2B field marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing in a $1B+ technology organization (cybersecurity, cloud, or networking preferred); minimum 5 years field marketing experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans that align directly with US Major Accounts sales and pipeline targets, holding ownership of budget management, execution, and reporting.
• Partner closely with enterprise sales leaders, account executives, and BDR leadership to establish shared SLAs, conduct joint pipeline reviews, and enable sellers with high-converting account engagement programs.
• Direct enterprise-focused digital marketing strategy working with our Digital Marketing team—LinkedIn advertising, programmatic display, executive webinar series to capture, engage, and nurture high-intent enterprise accounts.
• 1:1 ABM strategies opportunistically for Majors.
• Lead the strategy, budget, vendor management, and execution for VIP field programs, including C-suite dinners, regional roundtables.
• Coordinate with the Partner Marketing team to align efforts for co-marketing initiatives.
