You will develop demand forecasts, analyze forecast performance, and translate demand signals into actionable insights. You will also support inventory planning and optimization to balance customer service with inventory investment, reporting to the Demand Planning Manager with potential expanded responsibilities across S&OP and IBP

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in demand or supply chain planning or analytics.
• Strong forecasting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with planning platforms (SAP IBP/Blue Yonder/Kinaxis/Oracle).
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple time horizons.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias and propose corrective actions.
• Evaluate demand drivers and risks with scenario analysis.
• Present demand plans to support IBP decisions.
• Maintain forecasting models and planning system parameters.
• Improve forecasting methods, processes, and reporting.
• Support forecasting standards and governance.
• Monitor inventory health, turns, and working capital performance.
• Analyze inventory across products, channels, and DCs.
• Support inventory strategies balancing service and investment.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Sourcing, and Operations.
• Develop and publish demand and inventory reports with insights.
