Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking a SIOP Analyst to connect demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning across the business. This remote role supports Indiana or Michigan operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven planning and continuous improvement.

You will lead the monthly SIOP cycle, develop dashboards in Power BI, and translate capacity analysis into business cases and investment recommendations, influencing senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in SIOP, Sales and Operations Planning, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or a related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
• Experience working with Excel, Power BI, and ERP or MRP systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to present complex information to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SIOP process and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and refine demand plans using historical data and market trends.
• Evaluate supply plans for capacity constraints and optimization opportunities.
• Monitor inventory turns, service levels, and working capital metrics.
• Build reporting tools in Excel, Power BI, and ERP/MRP systems.
