Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• 3-5 years HubSpot experience including workflows, segmentation, campaigns, lifecycle management, reporting, and data governance.
• Demonstrated success developing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline or measurable revenue impact.
• Experience building account-based marketing programs and partnering closely with Sales.
• The ability to translate business goals into marketing strategies and execute them.

Responsibilities

• Own demand-generation performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth.
• Turn broad business objectives into actionable campaigns that influence target accounts and generate qualified opportunities.
• Maximize HubSpot capabilities to improve automation, visibility, campaign performance, and sales alignment.
• Partner directly with Sales leadership to improve lead qualification, follow-up, and pipeline contribution.
• Direct outside marketing partners and resources to achieve business objectives.
