Manager, Demand Generation leads a team to drive pipeline through email, webinars, content syndication, and other digital channels, partnering with regional teams for localization and impact.

The role emphasizes end-to-end marketing, budget management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize ROI across global and regional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with B2B marketing in technology; cybersecurity preferred.
• Proven experience managing people in Email or Webinar/Event functions.
• Experience managing multi-channel digital functions and vendors.
• Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Expert in end-to-end marketing for digital functions.
• Strong analytical skills to extract insights from data and improve programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize demand generation channels to drive pipeline growth and opportunities.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage marketing agencies, vendors, and platforms to scale reach.
• Measure program ROI using reports, dashboards, and CRM data for global and regional initiatives.
• Identify and test new programs (paid search, social, display) to diversify leads.
• Collaborate with Web and Campaigns teams for consistent brand messaging and user journey.
• Review and approve webinars, landing pages, emails, and digital ad copy.
• Stay updated on full-funnel digital marketing trends and new channels.
• Provide recommendations on hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline.
