Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for its B2B Marketing & Sales team. This remote role, based in the United States or Canada, focuses on executing and optimizing integrated demand generation programs across organic, inbound, paid, and email channels to drive measurable pipeline impact.

You will collaborate with performance analysts, content specialists, sales partners, GTM teams, and digital advertising teams to deliver campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
• Proven ability to own and execute multi-channel demand generation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and practical experience with AEO and GEO.
• Proficiency in at least one major marketing automation platform (HubSpot or Marketo), including workflow building and lead scoring.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated demand generation programs across organic, inbound, paid, and email channels with clear pipeline objectives and KPIs.
• Coordinate with digital advertising teams on paid social and search strategy and briefing.
• Partner with sales and GTM teams on campaign launches with briefing materials and performance insights.
• Track organic social and thought leadership content as demand generation channels.
• Own organic search strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content gap analysis.
• Build content and page structures optimized for AEO and GEO to surface in AI-generated summaries.
