Versaterm in Oregon is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive sustained pipeline growth and market engagement for our public safety solutions. The role leads cross-department initiatives, mentors teammates, and represents the marketing function in strategic decisions.

You will design GTM programs, leverage Marketo and SFDC, and partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to optimize campaigns and ROI.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with strong demand generation expertise.
• Proven success building and scaling demand generation programs in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of public safety or mission-driven technology markets is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
• Deep mastery of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (Marketo, SFDC).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and mentoring skills.
