Job summary

Versaterm is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive long-term pipeline growth across its public safety SaaS portfolio. You will lead high-complexity cross-department initiatives, shaping demand generation strategy and mentoring teams to elevatecampaign performance.

Responsibilities include designing GTM programs, owning demand gen pipelines, and partnering with Sales, Product, and CS to optimize ROI. CJIS security compliance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with demand generation expertise.
• Proven success building and scaling demand generation programs in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Deep mastery of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (Marketo, SFDC).

Responsibilities

• Designs targeted go-to-market programs to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Owns the strategy and execution of demand generation programs driving pipeline and revenue.
• Defines new demand generation approaches, frameworks, and best practices.
• Leverages digital platforms to automate marketing activities and webinars.
• Collaborates with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging and content.
• Establishes KPIs and reporting to measure campaign ROI and inform decisions.
