Job summary

Versaterm is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to drive long-term pipeline growth and market engagement for our public-safety SaaS portfolio. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, shaping demand generation strategy and mentoring teammates.

You will leverage Marketo and SFDC, partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and define KPIs to measure ROI while aligning campaigns with growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design go-to-market programs to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Own demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
• Define new approaches and best practices for demand generation.
• Leverage Marketo and SFDC to implement campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on messaging and content.
• Drive content development and measure ROI with KPIs.
