Otterbrook is seeking a strategic, hands-on marketer to own the pipeline engine. You'll inherit a functioning set of channels, with a real budget, and accelerate what's already working while identifying the next growth lever.

You will oversee pipeline across paid, organic, events, and partnerships, drive multi-channel campaigns, and manage HubSpot-based reporting and workflows. This remote-friendly startup offers meaningful equity and fast-paced growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen or growth marketing.
• Experience managing meaningful budgets and delivering pipeline.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to own a wide remit independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with paid media and multi-channel demand generation.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline across paid, organic, events, LinkedIn, and partnerships.
• Campaign strategy and execution for product launches and major initiatives.
• Day-to-day marketing operations: website, social, content, and email.
• Reporting, attribution, and workflow management in HubSpot.
• Partner and content marketing programs to expand reach and brand.
