The Sr. Demand Generation & ABX Manager drives regional pipeline through full-funnel, vertically targeted demand generation programs and ABX plays, spanning New Logo to Expansion audiences. This role partners with Sales and RevOps to accelerate priority accounts.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience in SaaS.
• Strong track record running vertically targeted ICP demand programs across multiple channels.
• Analytical mindset with ability to build executive-ready performance reports.
• Experience planning regional field programs — events, dinners, trade shows.
• Proficiency with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns across regional verticals and key accounts.
• Build vertical ICP demand programs across target verticals and personas.
• Drive regional field programs — trade shows, in-person events, roundtables, executive dinners.
• Run ABX plays on priority accounts with cross-channel coordination.
• Leverage AI and intent data to sharpen targeting and timing.
• Partner with marketing to develop vertical content for ICP buyers.
• Track and report pipeline contributions to stakeholders.
• Build Sales feedback loops with Regional Sales and BDR teams.
