Job summary

HCSC in Chicago seeks a Resource Planning Analyst to analyze a central pool of resources across technologies and platforms, process resource requests, and coordinate schedules for employees and contractors to meet business needs. You will maintain visibility of pool capacity for stakeholders and contribute to financial, workforce, and technical capacity planning processes, in a hybrid work environment.

This role requires strong collaboration and data analysis skills to align demand with capacity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years IT experience, or tech cert with 6+ years, or 8 years IT experience.
Teamwork and collaboration skills; oral and written communications.
Knowledge of MS Project.
Analysis and modeling tools e.g. Excel.
Knowledge of application development platforms.
Knowledge of cloud computing / SaaS.
Knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
Knowledge of data center platforms.
Knowledge of end user platforms.

Responsibilities
