Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 4+ years IT experience, or tech certification with 6+ years, or 8 years IT experience.
• Strong teamwork and oral/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project).
• Analytical and modeling capabilities (Excel).
• Familiarity with application development platforms, cloud/SaaS, and mobile/web tech.
• Knowledge of data center platforms (servers, storage) and end-user devices.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing analysis regarding a central pool of resources across technologies and platforms, processing resource requests, and coordinating schedule of resources (employee and contractor) to meet business needs; maintaining visibility of pool capacity to all stakeholders to ensure effective alignment of development demand and capacity; providing input into financial, workforce, and technical capacity planning processes.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience; OR Tech Certification and 6 years Information Technology experience; OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills; oral and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of project planning tools e.g., MS Project.
• Analysis and modeling tools e.g., Excel.
• Knowledge of application development platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud computing / SaaS.
• Knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
• Knowledge of data center platforms (servers, storage).
• Knowledge of end user platforms (desktops, laptops, mobile).

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Knowledge of SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development.
• Negotiation.
• Business acumen
• Experience implementing data analysis workflows
• Experience creating user friendly dashboards or reports of data.
• Data Analysis or Intelligence Analysis experience.

This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan. Base Pay Range $70,600.00 - $149,600.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
