Based in Chicago with a 3-days-per-week in-office requirement, the role emphasizes collaboration across levels, data quality, and process improvement while ensuring accurate staffing

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in professional services, operations, HR, or data/reporting roles.
• Experience with staffing systems, PSA tools, or CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data organization and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to support stakeholders across levels.
• Work authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end staffing workflows, from intake to reporting.
• Serve as SME for PSA and staffing tools; guide data entry and usage.
• Create and deliver utilization, capacity, and staffing reports.
• Audit data integrity across staffing systems and align PSA data with reports.
• Support Resource Managers with visibility into availability and assignments.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and data quality.
