Job summary

66degrees is seeking a Senior contributor and Team Lead to the Delivery Management team. You will manage complete life cycles of large enterprise projects with an emphasis on agile delivery, while mentoring and developing a team of delivery professionals.

The role requires 8+ years leading large engagements for enterprise clients, strong communication with executives, and a solid technical background in software development and cloud technologies, including GCP.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience as an Engagement Manager or equivalent for enterprise clients.
• Proven mentoring, coaching, or formal team leadership experience (2+ years preferred).
• Experience as a consultant and presenting to executives is required.
• Strong technical background with understanding of software development and cloud technologies (GCP a plus).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to translate client requirements to system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise projects from initiation to completion using agile principles.
• Lead cross-functional engagements across cloud, data, analytics, AI, app development, and strategy.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and technical leadership to gather requirements and set milestones.
• Lead standups, scrum ceremonies, and status meetings to promote agile practices.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to keep projects on track.
• Build domain and technical knowledge to inform project decisions.
• Own project scope, finances, schedule, and expectations for all parties.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
