One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead cross-functional teams and drive enterprise programs using Disciplined Agile Delivery. You will translate strategy into executable plans, mentor delivery managers, and maintain end-to-end delivery dashboards for executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience.
• Proven executive-level communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams with high complexity.
• Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes and practices.
• Teach DA values and foster a high-performing delivery culture.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives with executive visibility.
• Develop and maintain delivery dashboards and risk/quality controls.
