Job summary

Anblicks is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to own end-to-end GDP workstream delivery across multiple domains from Dallas. You will drive governance forums, coordinate onshore and offshore teams, and ensure commitments meet scope, schedule, and quality targets.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software/data/platform delivery, 5+ years managing large-scale programs, and a strong background in cloud-native data ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of software, data engineering, or platform delivery experience.
• 5+ years managing large-scale enterprise data platform programs.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar fixed-price or managed-services engagements.
• Strong delivery management background in cloud-native data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of GDP workstreams across multiple domains, ensuring commitments are delivered on schedule, within scope, and with high quality.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly governance forums with client stakeholders and Anblicks leadership.
• Drive execution across distributed onshore and offshore teams.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure effective resource planning, capacity management, and release readiness.
