Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks a senior delivery leader to own end-to-end engagements in a US-based role. You will manage value-based contracts, govern GenAI-enabled deliverables, and lead multi-disciplinary teams across hybrid onsite/remote environments.

Expect 8–10 years in IT with 3–4 years in project management, plus an advanced degree in IT-related field. Strong English skills and experience with agile methods are essential.

Qualifications

• Total experience: 8–10 years in IT.
• 3–4 years of project management experience handling mid-sized to large projects (30–80 man-months).
• Education: degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or IT Business Administration.
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and tailored project processes.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engagements with value-based models (Output/Outcome/Fixed Price).
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams in hybrid onsite/remote settings.
• Define and tailor software development processes to customer requirements.
